Vita Developer Rinnegatamante has a new plugin for Vita users: ViBeS. This plugin lets you monitor the console’s performance while you play a Homebrew or official game. This can be useful in particular if you’re a developer trying to debug performance issues, or as a user if you want to confirm the benefits of overclocking the console.
